Specialized Air Tool HP Floor Pump Rebuild

Best I can tell, there is not a rebuild kit for this air pump. Specialized Floor Pump Rebuild Kit 141751 does not work with this pump.

Luckily, there is still a way to rebuild your pump. Just visit your local hardware store and check the plumbing section for an “O” Ring with a 1″ outer diameter and 3/4″ inner diameter. The one I used is made by Danco and is stock number 35732B. I found it at Ace Hardware.

It’s also unclear, but the top of this pump does unscrew. You’ll likely need a pair of pliers to get it off. Once removed just pull the plunger, replace the “O” ring, apply clear silicone lube, and replace.
